This bar is in the Tremaine (I hope I'm spelling it right) part of New Orleans and is obviously really fabulous!!!!!! The lower 9th ward; however, is still a disaster area. The only stuff I saw being rebuilt there was the Musician's Village (Thanks to Harry Connick Jr. and Jimmy Carter's Habitat For Humanity) and the area that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are working on. Nice that the artists and retired politicians are the people actually attempting to fix up the place........ |
